INFORMATION AND RULES
HOW TO ENTER: Submit a brief video (5-minute MAXIMUM) explaining why you deserve to be a Celebrity Judge at the 2003 Cannabis Cup, which will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Entries will be judged on your compelling plea to attend, plus creativity and originality. HIGH TIMES will select 8 finalists from the videos submitted, which will then be edited for length and clarity and posted on the High Times website to be judged by our readers. The contestant with the most votes by Setpember 30th, 2003 will be the Grand Prize Winner.
Grand Prize (one winner) -- The Grand Prize Winner will take part in judging the world's best cannabis and hash at the 16th Annual Cannabis Cup in Amsterdam, The Netherlands in November of 2003. Prize includes: round trip airfare and accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and a friend, 2 Judges Passes, and behind-the-scenes access to the world's premier pot party. Approximate Value $3,500.
First Prize (two winners) -- The First Prize Winners will receive a limited edition Cannabis Cup Judges Kit. This incredibly popular and collectible item has been redesigned for the 2003 Cup, and includes everything you need to examine the Cannabis Cup entries. Only 200 of these Cannabis Cup Judges Kits will be produced. Approximate Value $125.
2nd Prize (five winners) -- The Second Prize Winners will receive a copy of the Cannabis Cup DVD and a limited edition poster signed by Cup-founder Steven Hager.
3rd Prize (ten winners) -- Third Prize Winners will receive a complementary 1 year subscription to High Times.
